We are pleased to announce that Brijith Andrews has been selected to take part in the Final of the Lincolnshire SlamJam on Thursday 28th June at the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre. After taking part in the Regional Heats, Brijith’s poem was selected because of the powerful nature of her poem and her calm and poised performance. Brijith will spend the day, alongside other finalists, with well-known poet Jess Green undertaking workshops. She will then perform her poem “Being Me” in the final. Tickets are available from the LPAC for £5. It promises to be a thrilling evening.
