All young people have to stay in education or training until the age of 18 and students that choose to join the Sixth Form at St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy will follow one of the programmes of study.
All students need to achieve 5 GCSE passes at grade 4 or above to join Sixth Form, see individual subjects for course specific requirements.

Any student who has not achieved a Grade 4 in English and Maths will be expected to follow a course in order to re-sit these examinations.
All students in our Sixth Form will continue to study a Religious Education course (for 1 lesson a week) that could lead to earning additional UCAS points.
Level 3 BTEC: All Level 3 BTEC courses offered at our Sixth Form now contain external examination components. Please speak to the Subject Leaders about the weighting of these components.
St Peter & St Paul offers a broad range of academic and vocational courses (A Level; BTEC; OCR Cambridge Technicals) . Some of our courses are offered in partnership with Branston Community Academy.
