After achieving the Lincolnshire County Council Healthy Schools Bronze and Silver Awards, St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy has now been successful in achieving the Gold Award which recognises the continuous hard work done by the Student Council.
Student Council members have also been involved in:
The interviewing of new members of staff
Raising funds for and selecting the academy’s new outside benches
Discussing aspects of the healthy meals which are cooked and delivered onsite
Choosing art work for around the school to enhance the various work environments
They have also been involved in wider community projects such as the refurbishment of Boultham Park
To be awarded the Gold Award is a rare accolade in the county of Lincolnshire, we are therefore extremely proud of our students and what they have achieved.
Well done to all those involved.
