At Saint Peter and Saint Paul’s, our day is punctuated by prayer. Whether our day begins in form, with a whole school Celebration of the word in church or in standing assembly, we begin in prayer.
Throughout the week, three form time sessions are dedicated to prayer and liturgy. This is planned and shared by our Lay Chaplain, Lucy Wright, on our own Living Word platform.
Each form has a form time prayer and liturgy resources box which includes such things as LED candles, a holding cross, coloured paper and card, Post-It notes, felt pens, and highlighters. They also have a large scrapbook which they record their form time journey in. This gives the students and staff in each form ownership through their creative responses.
