Black Trousers Must be formal school trousers, with a straight leg, not tapered. Trousers should reach the top of the shoe and should not be made of stretchy material or cling tightly to the leg, like leggings
Plain charcoal grey V-neck jumper – not a sweatshirt or of sweatshirt material, no hoodies
Plain white shirt
Black socks or tights – socks should be ankle or knee length socks – trainer socks are not permitted
Sensible black shoes with no heel – shoes should be plain with no decoration, with enclosed toes and heels. Shoes should not look like trainers or they will be deemed to be trainers

Only one plain, small ear stud per lower ear lobe is permitted. NOSE STUDS, TONGUE STUDS AND OTHER PIERCINGS are not permitted. Personal jewellery should not be worn for health and safety reasons. For PE lessons, ear studs must be removed and long hair tied back.
Extreme haircuts (which includes any cut below a No 2 cut) and unnatural colours, as decided by the Academy, are not acceptable. Tram lines and skin fades are not acceptable.
Nail varnish is not permitted and students will be asked to remove this. This includes any false nails including gel and acrylic.
