Sixth Form Admissions
St Peter and St Paul 6th Form Admissions Policy 2025-26
In-Year Applications
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admission round and the child will be admitted where there are available places. An application should be made to Lincolnshire County Council by completing the LA Common Application Form https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/school-admissions/apply-move-school and following the instructions on the LA website. If applying for a place on faith grounds you will also need to complete a Supplementary Information Form that can be found at https://www.ololcatholicmat.co.uk/admissions and return this to [email protected] marked ‘FAO mid-year admissions’.
Where there are places available but more applications than places, the published oversubscription criteria, as set out in the admission arrangements for 2024-25, will be applied. Details can be found on the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust website. Parents are advised to read the admission arrangements carefully before making their application.
If there are no places available, the child will be added to the waiting list. Please see the admission arrangements for more details.
You will be advised of the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible. Applicants must be informed of the outcome of their application within 15 school days of receipt, but the aim is to notify applicants of the outcome of their application within 10 school days of receipt.
You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel if your application is unsuccessful.
If you have any questions in relation to in-year admissions please contact the academy on 01522 871400 or via [email protected].
You may also wish to discuss in-year applications with the local authority via [email protected].

Waiting Lists
Parents whose children have not been offered a place will be added to the school’s Waiting List unless they have been offered a place a higher preference school.
Waiting Lists for admission for year 7 to year 11 will be maintained until the end of the academic year applied for and the child’s name will remain on the Waiting List until that time unless the parents request the school to remove the child’s name from the list earlier.
Parents must make a further application for a school place in respect of a later academic year and if a place is not available, the child’s name can be added to the Waiting List.
