The Examinations Office at St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy has a number of unclaimed qualification certificates dating over the last few years. Per JCQ policy, we are only required to hold on to certificates for a year after their initial issue, after which we are authorised to destroy the certificates and retain a record of their destruction for a further 4 years.
St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy present the certificates annually during our Awards Evening each December, this is when certificates are issued to candidates. As such any certificates issued up to and including Dec 2023 and still unclaimed by Dec 31st 2024 will be destroyed.
If you know or believe that you may have any certificates to collect, please contact the school on 01522 871400 or e-mail on [email protected] prior to Dec 31st where we will confirm any certificates on file and will be able to arrange a date for collection.

Lincolnshire County Council are delighted to share with you that bookings for Christmas holiday clubs can be made from Wednesday 20th November!

Winter 2024 Delivery Dates

Winter HAF will take place during the Christmas holidays running from Friday 20th December 2024 – Friday 3rd January 2025 (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

 Locations

There are over 90 clubs being delivered across the county during the Winter holidays. Our mapping tool on our HAF Webpage will be available to view next week, to highlight the HAF provision being delivered across the county with more detailed information on available clubs shared on the booking system, including activity information, dates and times.

How to Book

To book on to a club, families will require a HAF Evoucher code which are provided by schools. The HAF Evoucher, received by email and/or text message, includes a link to the booking site listing available activities.

Cancelling bookings

We kindly request, if children are unable to attend their booked places that bookings are cancelled as soon as possible so that another child can be offered the place. To cancel bookings, families need to contact the club that the child is booked onto. Contact details can be located on the booking confirmation email or by clicking on the HAF Evoucher and cancelling the relevant days.

Sixth Form Welcome Letter – Sept 2024

GCSE Results Day 2024

We are thrilled with the achievements of all of our GCSE pupils; achievements which will allow them to go on to the next steps in their educational journey.
The results are testament to the hard work of both staff and pupils and demonstrate the continued improvements at SSPP.
Well done to all of our pupils collecting their results today!

Reminder:

Sixth Form and Year 11 students collecting results must enter school via Western Avenue, through the left-hand door of the Sixth Form Block.  There will be no parking available on site.

Students can collect results between 9.00am and 12 noon.  If you have pre-arranged for results to be collect on your behalf, the person collecting must bring photo ID with them.

This years’ results days are as follows:

  • A-Levels: 15th August 2024
  • GCSEs: 22nd August 2024

Results can be collected between 09.00am – 12.00pm and will be available for collection from the new 6th Form block, adjacent to the vehicle entry gate.

Priority on A Level Results Day will be given to Year 13 candidates, as such Year 12 candidates are requested to arrive after 10.30am, if possible.

As a reminder, results are private and confidential to the candidate, as such only the candidate can collect their results unless they have given permission to the exams office in writing or via e-mail to [email protected], before the relevant results day, detailing who they expect to collect the results for them. Anyone collecting results on behalf of a candidate will need to show appropriate ID on collection for confirmation. We will not be able to hand out results to anyone if prior permission has not been received or ID cannot be confirmed.

If a candidate is unable to attend on the appropriate dates/times and does not want someone to collect their results on their behalf, they should provide the examinations office with a stamped, addressed envelope so their results can be sent via normal postal service. Please note that any results sent via post will be sent on Results Day, we are unable to send results prior to the results day embargo, set by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and the associated awarding bodies.
