We are delighted to share with you that our bookings for our HAF Summer holiday clubs can be made from Friday 30th June!
What is HAF?
The HAF programme is a Government funded programme that provides reception to year 11 pupils, who receive benefits-related free school meals in Lincolnshire, access to free healthy meals and activities over the summer, Christmas and Easter holidays. Further eligibility criteria can be found on the HAF website for children who are not eligible for benefits-related free school meals. The LA is able to utilise 15% funding to support other vulnerable children and young people.
Summer 2023 Delivery Dates
Summer HAF will take place during the summer holidays running from Monday 24th July – Tuesday 5th September 2023 (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Locations
There are over 130 clubs being delivered across the county during the Summer holidays. Our new mapping tool on our HAF webpage highlights the HAF provision being delivered across the county which you are welcome to signpost your networks and eligible families to. More detailed information on HAF providers can be found on the booking system, including activity information, dates and times.
How to Book
To book on to a club families will require a HAF Evoucher code which are provided by schools. The HAF Evoucher, received by email and/or text message, will include a link that you can click that redirects you to the booking site. The booking site lists all Lincolnshire HAF clubs and you can narrow your search by postcode for the most local clubs to you. Attached is a Parent’s Guide to booking which you are welcome to circulate with eligible families you work with.

Cancelling bookings
We kindly request, if children are unable to attend their booked places that bookings are cancelled as soon as possible so that another child can be offered the place. To cancel bookings, simply contact the club that the child is booked onto. Contact details can be located on the booking confirmation email or by clicking on the HAF Evoucher and cancelling the relevant days.
Providers can remove all future bookings if there is non-attendance of more than two consecutive days and we cannot guarantee that HAF Evouchers will be reimbursed if bookings are cancelled late.

You are invited to make appointments for Year 7 Parents Evening on Tuesday 4th July 2023 from 4.30 pm until 7.00pm. These meetings will be held in-person in the academy Sports Hall. During these meetings, you will be able to speak with your child’s subject teacher to discuss their progress this academic year.

To login you will need to enter your name, your child’s name, and your child’s date of birth. The login details you enter must match those we have on record for you and your child (e.g. legal name and legal surname).
Appointments will be available to book from 5.30 pm on Monday 19th June until 12pm on Tuesday 4th July and will be made on a first come, first served basis.
After you have made your appointments, you can choose to print or e-mail confirmation. However, if you cannot login, please contact the school office and ask to speak to Miss McGovern.
Please note that the email address field on the login page is only used to send your appointment confirmation. If you have problems logging in, it will not be because of the e-mail address you entered.
