You are invited to make appointments for Year 8 Parents Evening on Thursday 2nd February 2023 from 4.30 pm until 7.00pm. These meetings will be held in-person in the academy Sports Hall. During these meetings, you will be able to speak with your child’s subject teacher to discuss their progress this academic year.

Appointments will be available to book from 5.30 pm on Wednesday 25th January until 12pm on Thursday 2nd February and will be made on a first come, first served basis.
After you have made your appointments, you can choose to print or e-mail confirmation. However, if you cannot login, please contact the school office and ask to speak to Miss McGovern.

Dear Colleagues,
o Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (as its own Admissions Authority) is proposing to bring the oversubscription criteria for 6th form admission for external students to be more in line with that of admission to its main school policies and is required to consult on this before taking a decision.
o Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy (as its own Admissions Authority) is also proposing that for the 6th forms listed above (all except The Becket 6th form), to amend the grade entry criteria and is required to consult on this before taking a decision.
This is to inform you that the above consultation is now live. Proposed 6th form admissions arrangements and stakeholder response forms are available on the Trust website:

If you did not attend the Awards’ Evening to collect your exam certificates, you can now attend the academy to collect them.
Students must attend and sign for them unless they provide written consent for someone to collect on their behalf. If someone collects on their behalf they must provide ID on collection.
Please ensure the certificates are kept safely once collected, as if they are lost you will need to contact exam boards for replacements and pay a fee.
These can be collected up until 11am on Friday 16th December when we close for the Christmas break. They can then be collected in the new year after that date.

Please find linked below the information regarding Lincolnshire ‘Holiday Activities and Food’ (HAF) for the Christmas holidays. All students up to the age of 16 who are eligible for Free School Meals are entitled to a free place on this programme. Vouchers will be issued by text and/or email in the next few days to allow parents/carers to book places.
